SizeCap collects no data. None.
The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no accounts and no third-party software of any kind. All compression happens on your device. SizeCap makes no network requests of its own; the only networking involved is Apple's own App Store purchase system.
Photos and videos are compressed entirely on your device and are never uploaded anywhere. SizeCap uses Apple's photo picker, so it can only ever see the items you explicitly choose. It has no access to the rest of your library. Saving compressed copies uses iOS's "Add Photos Only" permission, which allows adding new items and nothing else. Metadata (including GPS location) is removed from compressed copies by default; you can choose to keep it.
Your settings (chosen size cap, output format, metadata preference), your remaining free-tier count, and a small record of recent compressions (sizes, dates and a small thumbnail, never the files themselves) are stored only on your device. You can clear the recent record any time in Settings, and deleting the app deletes all of it.
SizeCap Pro (a one-off lifetime unlock or a weekly subscription) is handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We never see your payment details or any information about you.
The app is rated 4+ and, since it collects nothing, there is no data collection from children (or anyone else).
